Light Tree Ventures (LTV) works with brands from all overthe world. We develop custom light therapy devices that are being sold online and offline(in Sephora e.g.).

This development is often a R&D sprint, designing a prototypeand getting it ready for production. A fast and creative process, realizing the nextgeneration product for a brand. LTV also owns several brands for which we develop our owninnovative light therapy products. In the current roadmap, four new brands will becreated, one for acne treatment, one for sports, one for massage and one for hairgrow. Starting with the skin care and sports brand. Our skin care brand is called DemarkQand currently sells acne treatment devices for Gen-Z and young adults. Our sportsbrand is called Lumaflex and will be launched in Q3 2021.

What are we looking for?

We are searching for a team player that brings expertise inmarketing and execution of marketing strategy. You have unlimited creativityand interest in working for multiple brands at once and knows how to maintain abrand-voice, brand-image and you can take the right steps in order to setup newmarketing activities. You are flexible, have an eye for detail and you can workfocused in a dynamic environment. As marketing lead you will work together witha copy writer, graphic designer and content manager to get the marketing rightfor every brand. You also need to work independently in setting up marketingactivities. Last but not least; you are a result-driven marketeer that aims onB2C marketing that leads to sales.

Job description

So, what will you do?

• Work together with a team of 3 and give guidance to the brand coherency

• Brainstorm, research and create marketing materials and execute marketing strategies.

• Create Product Propositions

• Identifying customer needs

• Understand & map product offering

• Identify customer benefits

• Create collateral together with the marketing team

• Manage Promotional and social Channels (Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok)

• Focus on marketing that leads to sales

• Overseeing your budget and plan activities accordingly

• Plan and implement promotional campaigns

• Monthly monitor and report effectiveness of marketing communications bychecking on KPI’s

• Be creative and replace yourself in the customer to create effective marketing

Your skillset should include

• A degree in digital marketing

• Additional degrees in branding, e-commerce or growth hacking

• 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably for a beauty and/or sportsbrand

• 3+ years of experience with executing Marketing strategies containing socialmedia, traditional media and influencer marketing

• 3+ years of experience with market research

• You can manage and plan your own tasks

• Deep understanding of digital marketing

• Proven experience in marketing for e-commerce

• Creation of sales funnels that leads to maximizing ROAS

• Experience with data (Marketing analytics)

• English language, preferably Dutch.

• Eager to learn about new Marketing trends and possibilities.

• You are familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and online tools like Google Analytics,Google Data Studio, FB Ads, Google Ads etc.

• High proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint

• Good communicational skills.
